My scoop turned up today . I have it fitted up and ready for painting . Looks pretty good . couple of things that i need to fix on it tho . couple of chips . let me say you get what you pay for ....... next time i will buy genuine .

Still needs a good buffing . looks a little dull at the moment .

eh thought so could see the paint is pretty even i dunno about that scoop tho

Got the scoop painted today . also put the wipers on and the passenger side mirror .

has it got much peel in the paint

peel is a nightmare lol

Just rub it back and polish it. My wagz had a fair bit of peel. But my mate who painted it (in my shed) went over the whole car with like 2000 until most of the orange peel was out, then polished it up. Turned out wicked. :thumbsup:

nah man, spraying in a booth wont stop peel, its easy to get rid of tho. as danny says, block it back and buff it.

anyways, im sure you know all that, this car looks awesome. you must be well chuffed personally i would have gone with the silver bottom, but i have to say this is the only car (including ferrari) that i would ever own which is a red shade. normally cant stand red based clours, but something about the maroon and the VH grille just looks sexy.

Just a quick video i made today while I replaced the tranny lines . Running very rich still and needs some fine tuning but sounds great .
