building a cammed ls3 is gonna be easier cause you wont have the engine in the car to know where all bits are gonna fit etc with a blower

Fully aired out on flat, does anything touch or can you skim a sheet of paper through?

Surely an LS3 is the same dimensions as an LS1 and will fit a vortech on the side? plan is to build the LS3 up with 427ci guts and then pump 6-10psi through a side mount. will largely depends on the gearbox as i want to keep it auto, and how much modifications i will have to make to the car (external fuel pumps, roll cages etc.)

The fronts could come down to sit flush with the rim, the rears cannot go any lower as they are resting on the guard. If i drive it aired out on the rear it scrapes bad.

Just thought I'd throw my 2 cents in regarding your car...

I am very, very jealous.

Seriously good ride you've got here mate, something to be proud of!

cammed or charged LS3.
if you really want my opinion
bore it and stroke it, chuck in a massive cam, and so on.

neighbour used to have a 5.7 charged. now has a 6L bored and stroked to 7L. both had full exhaust, massive cams, pretty much the works (motorsport spec)
he much prefers the 7L as it has so much more pull and way more grunt.
and see your car is "out there" this would suit it
or this may be good, although it is probably way way out of the budget

but i really like what youve done to this car. looks really nice.
cant wait to see what you do next though
