the VZ SSZ came with the 6L they had too Holden couldn't continue to make 06 model VZ's with 5.7s while the VE was out with 6Ls, no one would have bought a ute untill the VE ute release nearly 12 months later...........

Correct it was only a 5.7

i was told by multiple people that the vz ssz never got the 6l as the ssz was made to clear the last of the 5.7 engines

The VZ SS Z did only come in a 5.7 not sure that it was to clear ls1's though cause they kept sellin VZ's in 2006 with em in and the SS Z was 2005 only.
