Hi guys,

I was looking at buying some service parts like leads, transmission filter and spark plugs for the upcoming 135k and 150k service.

Apart from the obvious "local Holden parts" who quoted $30 for each plug and $180 for the transmission filter, where can I get genuine parts?

Surely in this day and age there'd be a number of reputable online retailers that have this stuff?

Is there a database or list of part numbers to look out for?

Most dealers have ebay stores and sell parts there at a bit more than the trade price.

Amazon US is also sometimes good for AcDelco stuff i.e. spark plugs etc

OZ car parts are also reasonable

as above eBay/Amazon are your friend. Just don't pick a dodgy seller and you will be fine.

Thanks Gents.

How do I work out what part I need? For example, the Plugs linked by Ron have a part number of 12680072 41-110. is there a list of common items or some way I can check to see what part I need?

No catalogue per se outside holden but you can certainly ask here. Goggle search and ebay search often gets you those details...
