So this looks interesting. A 3.6 litre four banger that uses an LS cylinder head and puts out LS horsepower numbers using forced induction.

250kw at the flywheel, as long as they don't weigh it down to much,
could be nice package. Seems like the yanks are catching on.
Interesting.

VEGTS BUILT BLOWN E85
so what there saying is harrop just have to modify there manifold to a single side then prob a brace on the other and we can have a 2300 blower bolted to a 4cyl engine, or we could just fit blanks to the opposite side manifold and just use existing blower setup, hmmm...

Pretty sure there's a reason for a lack of large displacement 4-cylinder petrol engines....

Secondary imbalances make large displacement 4 cylinder engines difficult. The engine in question being made as a generator probably helps in this regard as it doesn’t need to rev high.

In reality the low revs wouldn’t be an issue in a car seeing as it has massive amounts of torque but people would probably still have a sook that it only had a 4500rpm redline!

Neat idea to take their tried and tested block and allow the existing after market adds on to be used. Makes sense.

They say it's based on their industrial block, tug boats, generators, aircraft tugs etc etc. can't wait to see an aircraft tow sled do a phat skid whilst waiting for plans to land.

Good thing is that as it’s based on an industrial engine block it would last until the heat death of the universe.
