Depends how good your tuner is. Roughly 300-320rwkw. Entirely depends upon mods.

Riteo thanks for that.. Was thinking of doing it myself with a cousin but did the transmission in it last week.. I wanted to put a manual in it. Would it be worth converting it to manual while having all the other work done to it?? Or should I sell look for a manual n then do the mods to it?? Or could just rebuild the auto box.. Let me no what you guys think I should do.

Depends on the Cam but the previous guesses are pretty accurate.

Big cam + heads along with appropriate stall will haul ass all day over an M6. Not to mention easier to live with day to day and put less stress on the driveline.
