If you can find a headlight UV clear coat, I would try that.
I've polished many pairs of cloudy head lights, tried to seal them with a UV sealant, but they usually start to get cloudy again after a few months.
Thankyou for your input looks like the go.yeh same
I used marine grade UV clear coat and after a like 6months started to yellow
Once they start to yellow, can never permanent fix
I found headlight restorer and once a month Turtlewax Headlight Cleaner and Sealant to be pretty good

I did it on a motorcycle tail light lens, because I didn't have any options.
I couldn't agree more. Not made to last, just cheaper to make and will need replacing. This is the problem when manufacturers use components suited to Europe or cooler, less UV intense environments than ours.
I don't think any manufacturer makes plastic headlight lenses that won't discolour or fade over time in our climate. Good old glass had a lot going for it.
I am thinking about clear coating them. What type of clear would you suggest? What about a plastic adhesion promoter?Sand with 800-1200 and clear them.
