Hello everyone, my first post so forgive any breaches of protocol.
Ive moved to the bush and driving at night is crazy dodging roos. I fitted a set of led driving lights today to my VY 1 tonner and when I went to find the high beam wire to patch it into the relay I noticed that there’s already two extra high beam lights on the inside of the normal headlights, neither of these had a globe in them. so I thought I’d fit a halogen globe but they are permanently active, even when ignition is off and lights are off. Any clues guys?

Could be a stuck highbeam relay.

For the record, there are now dust covers to fit your VY that allow quality LED high beam bulbs in the factory headlamps.

Assuming VY dust caps are the same as VZ. 3D printed.
