I believe the parker light is located behind the round plastic screw lid on the h4 hi/low beam side. The number plate light is a t10 push in style.

The Parker globe and the high beam globes are all separate globes to the headlight globe, so there is a Parker globe (which is just a 5 watt globe), a headlight globe (which is a H4 globe), and a high beam globe (which is a H3 globe), but they all sit in the headlight assembly (which is where that big twist on cap is at the back of the headlight), just go into a Bursons and tell them that you need a set of parker globes for a VT Commodore, and as for the number plate globe, they're a 5 watt wedge tail globe. If you're not sure about what that globe looks like, then just take the old one out, and when you go into Bursons or Repco or whatever, give them the old globe, and they'll match it (even just about every servo stocks those 5 watt wedge tail globes)

The parkers can be a bit of a pain unless you have small hands and it's worth being a bit gentle with them.
