Wow that really weird of Pioneer to wire them like that, would be a lot easier to bridge the coils at the sub, but anyway. To OP, to run these subs of the 4-channel, you need to run each sub of a bridged pair of channel at the amp, so channels 1+2 bridged for one sub, and 3+4 bridged to run the second sub. Otherwise your trying to run the amp at 1-ohm per channel, and it won't like that, probably trying to kill itself.

Stereo output 4 -16 n bridge output is 2-16, if I was to bridge to channels to each sub, could I then piggy back a speaker off each sub, as I'm running 6 speakers,4 of the deck ATM n the other 2 off the amp

Nope because that changes the impedance yet again.

Also the crossovers for the subs is the complete opposite to the required crossovers for speakers.

Personally I would buy a nice little mono-amp for the sub, and use the 4-channel to power the speakers. You can use a 4-channel to power 6 speakers if your careful, and also depending on the speakers and the amp power figures.

Then how do I go about RCA to the mono, will I damage anything if the amp is seeing 1 ohm ? It sounds fine the way it's wired now

go mono, no use having a multi on subs....., and monos are alot easeir to setup, and you wont damage anything as long as the mono is capable of handling 1 ohm.............

You can just use an RCA splitter.
