Help! Rims been stained after using a product!

Just used 'Armourall Wheel Cleaner' and this was the result.

try some metho, or I know this sounds stupid but try gumption its a household cleaning cream and pretty much gets anything off everything.

Looks like its eaten into the clear coat on the wheels. Had this happen to a friends car.

Had to respray.

Ah this is not good, when i bought my car the guy included a set of 4 rimes that he used Armourall wheel cleaner and he had no luck at all getting the stains off. I ended up sanding back one with no effort at all, then selling the rims due to lazyness. I'm afraid you might need to get the re painted.

Give it a tic, let some of the more experience members post their wisdom. There might be an easier way. Otherwise there are a few members who can respray it depending on where you are in aus. Google some places and get some quotes. Could be a good time to repair any gutter rash too.

The moral is, don't use any Armour All products, ever.
