I know I said I was going to leave this alone but;

Buicks have 2 bolt mains.
So do ecotecs. Ecotecs have retainers in the mains. they don't count.

The rest of it... meh.

so by your reasoning the LS motors are only 4 bolt mains and not 6 = FAIL.

there are plenty of 300rwkw LS cars that don't do 10's.

Lols - I'm usually the first to rip **** out of the 6 banger brigade but this is the exception. I've seen many many V6's that are about 1/2 of this setup - ie lots of $$$ spent but little result. Great work - good luck to the original poster.

Ecotec's have Crossbolt main's. There are 4 bolts per main cap excluding the last/rear ? main cap. correct me if i'm wrong. 2 larger bolts and two smaller bolts that go through from the side of the block into the sides of the main cap's to increase structural rigidity. This design feature is stronger than the older 4 bolt design as used in some 308's and chev's.

OP, that setup is god damn sic!

10500n is awesome. But not if it peaks at 9000rpm. (Not saying this is the case with the engine in question. Its more just to show a point)

You do realise that I stated the rev limiter was 7300 rpm....

Also that it was previously stated that the 10500N was using the M90 blower and not the new turbocharged setup...

Also peak torque was just over 3000rpm.

Still have absolutly no idea what your point is??
