Just wondering what people have done when they remove their spoilers and need the high mount brake light on the parcel shelf? Mate wants to get rid of his spoiler and we realised today that the black lining around the rear window covers where the brake light would shine through...?

Cars that come with a spoiler from factory dont have the brake light on the parcel shelf, only cars with a spoiler put on as an option. Would probably need a new rear windscreen, lights and wiring? Not sure what else.

The loom itself is in there, have seen it myself, would require the plastic lamp holder and to either cut or get a new parcel shelf too. Spewing to hear it may require a new rear windscreen, was looking so much better with the spoiler off.

Yeah I'm not sure about the windscreen. If the section where the brake light sits is clear then it should be sweet. But if it's blacked out then yeah maybe.
