How can i raise the height of a vz crewman front end would like to go 40mm above standard cheers Dennis this is the six wheeler conversion I've recent

And here's me thinking that putting a 1 tonner chassis on the back of a crewman would be hard work.

40mm will be hard.

I would get as much lift in the spring as possible, probably 20mm will be the max.
Then drill out the clevis and raise the shock bodies that way.

You could buy a Koni cut and shut insert, then you can add height to the shock body.

Actually thinking about it, a Koni cut and shut would be ideal, as you could move the shock up a little further so it's not topping out all the time with the raised spring.
You would have to cut the bottom out of the shock, machine up a puck and press it into the body to set the height of the shock in the strut body, then weld the puck in.

Or just use coil overs.
