For some reason my sister decided to install Google Earth on my freaking computer, which I promptly uninstalled. Now it has left a folder with on .exe, a readme file and two .dll's.
I am really anal about crap left on the computer so I want to get rid of it all, but for some reason it won't let me delete one of the .dll's, telling me "You need permission to perform this action". WTF!

Have you restarted the comp since? Some times part of a program will still be running in the background or some crap...
And how many users are on that comp? Has she changed your privilages in the user control?

Yes restarted it, only the one user (me, hence why I have the ****s), so no privileges have been changed.

I'm with Minux, reboot into safe mode and delete it, it should delete...
Are you useing Vista or XP?
Vista is so annoying when it comes to security, it's a pain in the arse.
