most likely the fuel pump, get a pressure test done on the fuel system, i had the same issue, ended up being the pump not holding enought pressure, pump = replaced problem = gone

hopefully this helps you, because i no how annoying problems like that can be take for ever to figure out!

get the pressure test. Not trying to criticize but lots of ppl here just change stuff without getting basic stuff tested. A pressure test will tell you:
if you have leaky injectors or non-return valve.
if you have a regulator problem or fuel pump problem

Lots of the stuff evlmonkey replaced has nothing to do with his problem.

I think it would help if tech qualified members posted some home disgnostic info for various known problems our cars get.
