OK..

the one im using is 365g/ltr....

It says dont add water....

reservoir is maybe quarter full...

question is now, top up with water, OR more coolant ?

You're using a good quality, strong coolant there. Adding up to 1/4 water should be fine :)

should be fine but is better to be replaced with coolant. sometimes the mixing qualities of water are different to that which is used in the pre-mixed coolant.
If you have no other option than to add water make sure it is de-ionised water, or distilled water. true it becomes ionised eventually hence becomes a corrosive conductor but the longer you can prolong with good de-ionised water the happier your system will be. (or distilled water as the next best thing).

but if you're only using 1/4 normal water, the rust inhibitors in the coolant should be able to handle it.

Whatever you do just don't use rain water. Too much nitric acid thanks to those dick heads that drove around before catylitic converers were invented.
Damb acid rain!

they handle ionisation created by friction, dirt etc. there will always be a point where it will occur and better to postpone intructing it. i guess its like telling someone premium fuel is better. until they appraciate the long term pros it means nothing but extra cost.

VZ Commodore S 2005 ute
there should be 3 litres of coolant and then the rest should be water
I think confusion here is that some people are referring to premix and others using concentrate. My VZ ute has V6 and 6L of premix fills coolant.
