How much for a Calais front bar and painted?

I've been offered a Calais front bar with all grills and foglights and painted to suit my colour for $500 is that a good price? And he wants 300 for bar and everything and 200 for paint thanks is this ok

I've already got the head lights but not colour matched just colour coded
