How often do you drink? (Now with added zero option)

Since I started bodybuilding, rarely. Maybe a special occaision and that's it.

I vote option 0 which TVR didn't put up.

Every weekend, usually 8 bottles of Jim Beam or half a carton. Why? Well I'm single, got nothing better to do on a weekend and Alcohol is a major confidence booster.

Beer every night. 3-6 depending on my day. If not at work though I usually start pretty early. Only drink xxxx

I used to be a heavy binge drinker when I was in my middle teens (16-17). I was drunk every weekend and sometimes during the week too, I would go out friday night with a liter of jim beam, finish it and then drink more. sleep all next day and go out that night and do it again, rinse and repeat. I realized I was heading off the rails so I stopped quick smart. now that I think about it I was probably borderline alco. I just had too much money and too many friends.

I enjoy the occasional binge, but they are few and far between now. I just don't like being out of control like I used to be.

I do have the occasional beer or cider in the evening. I've totally gone off burbon and vodka now though.

Hardly drink as if i go out, i want to drive home so basically in moderation.

Head down the pub Wednesday night after work as its 1/2 price pizza night, usually have a pint or 2 there and catch up with the crew

then on Saturday night ill have a drink or 2, only get a bit pissed on bigger occasions which are few and far between.

I had a bourbon and coke about a year ago after a $150 meal. Usually I prefer to leave the bourbon out. Iced Coffee rules if you arent in a pub. There should be a 0 option lol.
