how to change a cam on a v6

i have a vr v6 and was wondering if any 1 had a link to a internet page on how to replace a camshaft or knew them self and could tell me also what is the name of a good cam place in melb or on the net

hey mate did you ever end up finding a guide on how to install cam iv been looking every where and cant find nothing i have a vt ecotec?? can any one help?
