Spilt oil over load-area carpets.
I will be grateful if anyone can tell me how to remove the tie downs

I assume you mean your Sportswagon cargo area?
1. Lift tie down ring up
2. Get a flat screwdriver and unclip the black plastic centre cap.
3. Beneath you will see a torx screw, T25 from memory, unscrew tie down comes out.

Thanks VE_Wagon11. You are a gem!!

I had searched Mr Google (and Just Commodores) with no luck.

I figured it must have to be done from above (after checking below), but for the life of me I couldn't see a slot for a screw driver (still can't see it but it works with a thin flat blade between the ends of the tiedown ring .)

Torx size is a T.50 which I sourced from ALL TOOLS
(Bunnings only had up to T.40)

Thank you again.

(Easy when you know how)
