first time doing ecotec
That's pretty damn good! Unfortunately I don't have an engine hoist or anyone to help either, so it was off to the mechanic to let him pull his hair out and know that the job was done properly...

Good to hear you can't really tell the difference with solid vs hydraulic, I have a pair of solid I bought by mistake.
If I get the time and inclination I'll put them in the VS.

how much jus 4 labour if u buy the mounts urself need 2 do mine got extractors so would it be more of a pain 2 do it?
It cost me just over $400 or so - the mechanic I use (one of two) is very reasonably priced - I think it was early this year he put them in. That includes the hair regrow tonic after he's finished the job...
