I have a 09/05 build SV6 too and it also doesnt have the "Alloytec 190" badging. Only the Calais gets it now I think.
From what I've seen/been told this happened somewhere between Feb/Jul 05 with the 05 Upgrade to all SV6's.

If you look at the pics of SV6's on the holden website you'll notice they dont have the badges either.

My old mans VZ Calais doesnt have the badges!!
Mine has got 190 badges, manufactured april 05.
