Ignition leads

Hey guys, need to replace the ignition leads on my vu v6, I have a basically brand new set that came off my vr 5l when I tore it down 7 ish months ago. Will they work, obviously I’ll have 2 spares and the lengths will probably be a tad off but will they do the job cos I’d rly like to avoid spending the money on new ones and put that money somewhere else on either car

Spend money on new ones.
Or try to be dodgy and see what happens....
