Incoming calls not showing name

Hi all, when i receive a call through bluetooth it shows the number on the screen but not the phonebook name. How can I change this?

Don’t believe you can with the VE

If you have a series 2 with IQ I think it does. You just have to wait until it downloads your address book from the phone. May depend on the phone.
I’m pretty sure mine does however I’ll check and let you know.

I am having problems answering calls however I believe this is a well known problem with the iPhone and IQ.

Yeah its a Series 2 with IQ but cant see anything in settings. Address book works but just won't come up with names on incoming call. I have android

Definitely doesn’t - no names displayed - numbers only
