yep blew fuse, replaced it and now same thing., still flashing to fast

ok so i rewired the lights back up to the original spot, and they work fine, but as soon as they are wired back up to where i want them... down where the old lights is there is a wiring loom where the wires i snipped plug into the wires that go into the globe... will that make a difference??
Could it be because the terminal the bulb is in is in the old parkers terminal thing?
