Just bought my VX today

Just want to know I'm thinking of buying blue parkers and blue number plate globes also a blue interior light can I do it or are they illegal and will I get pulled over by the cops???

What are your thoughts???

Any other colour than white on the front
of a vehicle= illegal. Blue number plate
light, also illegal. Only vehicles that
can display blue lights ANYWHERE on
exterior are emergency vehicles.

Cool white SMD led T10's for the parker's.
Cool white SMD led T10's for the number plate light's.
Look's far better than blue.

Blue just look's super tacky, And super illegal as above.

My thought's, Stick with white.

Forget all the crap and start off by servicing your car,inc plugs and leads possibly and then get to know the thing.You'll have plenty of time to consider silly lights and all the other non/stock stuff(some of it may actually be very useful) a bit later on.Congrats,now enjoy.If you have a pocket full of cash,fill the fuel tank and go for a drive.

In but I can put the interior light in can't I????? Also how much would the white lights cost??? And also the car is white and I'm thinking of putting in new tail lights but can't make up my mind on either chrome or black????

Maybe consider standard taillights as an option. They look better than most poxy aftermarket jobs and many cars come with them already installed

Yeah but i was looking on ebay some are not to bad, and ill instalment them myself as it shouldnt be to hard, i just want the car to look good, ive spend 8 years driven a 90 nissan maxima lol ive had enough of **** looking cars

Wheels and tyres would have to be the best single mod you can make to most cars without spending really ridiculous amounts of money.I'm with monkeys 437,I reckon the standard taillights look great and except for a set of stock Monaro lights,I think that anything else looks straight out poxy.

just check any lights you plan to fit have an ADR number
most of those cheap aftermarket lights don't and are unroadworthy
and as the guy on the ford forum found out when someone crashed in the back of him he had to pay as his car was not deemed roadworthy and void his insurance
