just joined had lots of holdens currently building a vk if anyone has questions about any commodores up to vl just ask me

gidday chuck i have a question for you im working on a vl with bad missfire from idle all through the revs i have come down to the hall effect but unsure as i am a toyota tech what should i be looking at, the pins in the top have slight corossion is this usually the sign there buggered really appreciate any info thanks

You can buy a plug kit for the crank angle sensor.Mine had the same problem and the plug kit fixed it too easy.$35 or if not the sensor may have **** itself.A lot of people change their sensor when it's just the simple plug itself.Hope this helps.
