Just read this article.

Suspensed sentence for smashing someone in the eye with a hammer? WTF?

So not even for starting a fight with a bouncer, but for ringing a 3rd party to bring weapons and then attacking someone at their job with that weapon.

Seriously, it pays to be a thug these days.

Yeah it's usually the law and the media coming down on bouncers using too much force... and this is why, they're job is to keep to rest of us safe from ########s with hammers, broken glass and god knows what.

Pretty much a joke and the judge should be ashamed of herself.
If you go to the effort to go home, get a hammer and return to a club with the intention of causing harm and at no point stop to think that its wrong then quite frankly he deserves to be put into jail for a few years to develop those basic skills. And if he happens to get sodomised along the way... well thats just too danm bad!
