the grey will come off relatively easy... once you get it started. Clean it off with a wire brush or wire wheel in a drill, doesn't need to be perfect.

Yes, ideally pack them with some dacron/foam something similar. I've got plenty you're welcome too. Plus black carpet.

How did you go getting your old discs off? I had to heat mine up with an oxy acetylene torch just to get them off the hubs!

How did you go getting your old discs off? I had to heat mine up with an oxy acetylene torch just to get them off the hubs!

I had a little trouble with mine, just bashed them with a hammer as hard as i could 1000 times

Yeah mine werent to bad at all actually, few firm bashes with a hammer in a circular pattern and they came off.

wow, im going to hunt down one of those so much more space!
A couple on ebay atm my friend one for each side!

Dunno if you have changed pads yet, but i used to get heaps of brake dust (especially with T2's) but i changed pads and i havent got any build up anymore

I picked up some plastic edging from clark Rubber. Anyone that does this I recommend getting as flexable stuff as possible! Also it really really really really really cleans up the edge of the cut, so even though my effort isnt perfect it still looks pretty good I think :)
