Injector cleaning additives are a complete waste of money, a mechanic once told me that a cup of diesel fuel in a full tank of petrol will clean the injectors, but i never tried that although I believe that what you buy as "injector cleaner" for about $10.00 is a mix of diesel and something. Anyway just fill up with premium 98 every once in a while and it will do the job. In my car I only put premium 98, for the sake of a couple of cents between 95 and 98 who cares.
Cheers mate, I'll do that today!
What's the opinion on injector cleaner additives?
Any other clarity on the injector/ timing belt replacement would be awesome. (Is there a general km changeover expectation etc.?)
