Bar is easy to remove, just lots of screws.

I used two smaller lights, because I don't like the look of one big light bar. I used Ignite brand light bars, very happy with them, and they are a decent price (though not eBay price).

No issues with overheating, realistically, its only a pretty small gap to start off with.

Can anyone offer a wiring diagram as the where and how you set them up?
You could get away with Scotch locking them to your high beam wire, if they're the same positive , as some new cars are negative positive

what are VF's ?

(i've ran a set of 55 watt fog lights scotch locked for years on utes)
they don't draw much ,plus you can hardly see them in that spot on the VF's ;)

Or else you'll have to do them the legal way with relay and switch.
