Last couple of days, the 'Traction Control Off' and 'ABS' lights have stayed on when I have been driving. A couple of times I've stopped, taken the key out and started the car again and the lights have gone out but for most trips they have stayed on. Am I doing something wrong or is this a sign there is something needs fixing? Thanks

Search around the forums most likely related to the abs module.

Just read through similar situations as suggested and yes, this sounds like it could be the problem. Could get pricey too gulp!

only if you get someone to do it for you, I replaced one in my Clubsport for $180 from ebay about a month and a half ago. Could just be the connector too, worth trying that first - be sure to reseat the connector with the negative terminal off.

The error code is showing speed sensor problems. The error has been cleared for now and I'll monitor what happens. Are speed sensors easy to get hold of?

I'd start at the ABS module, it will throw up all kinds of odd errors.

Equinox LTZ - runs on cocaine
My old VT started doing that, I was told it was an electrical fault and not to worry.

I fixed it by selling the car :)
