that's normal. you've restricted the exhaust flow by putting a cat in that hasn't been chipped out... so it's going to be less responsive.

Yeah my mate told me that u can get wats called a FAKE CAT its looks exactly like a cat convertor but has nothin inside it so when cops look unda your car they can't say fark all sept probally wack a yellow one one ur windscreen for ya car bein too loud.. also not that good for tha enviroment.. loud tho n fun

You have no cat and the rotten egg smell didnt give it away at all? Just get a high flow cat and keep the enviroment happy lol.
