Hi everyone here's a special one..... I'm only getting 7.5 vlts at the plug on each coil on the passengers side 2/4/6/8.at the plug for that bank(in the middle of the four) I'm getting 12.5 ( there abouts) on the engine side and only 7.5 on the coil side. When I put 12.5 vlts to the coil side of the plug nothing happens.the motor is only running on 4 cylinders 1/3/5/7 ?????

I've had a similar problem on my ute.

Trace the loom and start picking apart the conduit. On the bend going past the intake manifold was where the heat had affected the wiring to the D/S bank of coils and the wiring was starting to break.

Sounds like the same spot I had my coolant temp sensor power wire break and cause a voltage error. The wiring is too tight there as well.
