hey, well basically i want to take a vid of my car but the stock exhaust doesnt give the right level of sound that i want... so i was planning on taking it off before the cats taking 1 run up the street for a vid.

questions are
1. will this hurt anything internally engine wise.
2. will it sound **** like a whipper snipper.

yes i know it is illegal to run the car without cats if you are going to tell me this please dont its for 1 run and one run only.

and i live in a secluded area and the noise wont be heard by any1 (or faintly in the distance).

It won't hurt anything done it many times with ls1s and v6s never had a problem

no you wont hurt it.

They don't sound very good with the standard exhaust dropped at the cats though. Not even very loud.
If you want loud, drop the exhaust at the headers . They're f**k off loud then.

He said before the cats, that would be at the exhaust manifolds wouldn't it? The VYs having the cats just after the manifold.

Dude you need a balancer/crosover pipe to make it sound any good, mine dumps at the diff twin three inch with two tiny xforce mufflers.
