Hey buddy, go all the way and buy a set of Hurricane extractors and hi flow cats off NAAF (not an abba fan) that will bolt straight up to your Manta cat back and then you will have a truly awesome sounding V8 plus a significant power gain!

Hi jacking thread again, do the manta systems in VY format sit up nice and high unlike the low slung x-force design?

Do you do a cat back 2.25 full twin exhaust for a VP V8 with IRS? Not An Abba Fan.

Well..$150 later and only a minor improvement. Their now blaming AFM for the quietness until it warms up. Luckily there's still no droning.
Going to go with what Foggsy said and get headers and hi flow cats, plus OTRCAI. See how that goes.

Good work mate. Regarding OTR's call Duspeed and have a chat to Duse, they are the best imo. Also have a look at the duspeed facebook page. With your headers and cats, 4 into 1's, 1&3/4 primary and a 3 inch outlet are the go with 3 inch in/out 4 inch body 200 cell cats blended into your dual 2.5inch system. I reckon the 3 inch cats may be worth 10kw over 2.5 cats.

I have the 1&7/8 primary headers which are great but its overkill for me, the slightly smaller primary will maintain exhaust velocity and also give you a bit more torque down low.

Not everyone will agree but that's just my humble opinion.

Whatever you do, good luck mate :)

1 3/4" or 1 7/8" will make very little difference really. On the dyno you will see a couple of kW's, but on the street, no difference.
