Maual conversion wiring issues

I've done a manual conversion on a vz sv6 which had a 5spd auto. Changed the gearbox harness and ecu and recoded the bcm and pcm but it won't crank from the ignition. Any help is greatly appreciated as even tried earthing the pale blue wire in the engine bay harness with no luck. Desperate to get it done for customer.

Have you got switches on the clutch pedal right?

Two ideas (possibly too obvious) is the car immobilised and have you unlocked with the key blipper? The other thing I would guess is the park/neutral switch isn't bypassed?
