When I went home to Sweden a few years ago we did the whole Stockholm vs Gothenburg thing. Over theres its a massive rivalry. My family is from Gothenburg so my cousins are fairly disappointed in me cause I prefer the Stockholm Sound (which is the more traditional heavy Death Metal as opposed to Melodic Death).

Great place Scandinavia. If I ever go back for a holiday, I am never coming back.

I've been waiting for something like this! Really exciting seeing everyone's tastes in metal. My heart beats metal! Being half Finnish and half Australian, I'm really into Melodic Death Metal. I give credit when it's due to other sub genres of metal, but melodeath is heaven/hell for me.

Lets go in a different direction.

Marco <3 His stage presence, for a bass player, is insane. The beard, his growls his menacing look. It compliments Tarja completely, if you can find a version of him singing Phantom of the Opera with her its absolutely amazing. I miss Tarja, wasnt a big fan of the Annette style of singing. Interested to see which way they go now.
