Hi guys I have a 2007 VE ssv commy and there always seems to be moisture/water in the passenger side tail light any ideas where it could be getting in?

Somewhere around the edge obviously.
Take it off/out and check.

Is it like water on the bottom of the light or fogging up?

Get some silicon non acid based (unless you plan to open the tailight) and go along the seam/join
Only need a thin layer and smoothen out with thumb or finger/old business card etc.
A small layer is what ya after

Also make sure wiring is secure also.

My 2007 SSV does exactly the same thing, on the passenger side, must be a common thing with them.

I had the same problem last year. After a bit of research I found that the blinker fluid had a slow leak.

If you are not fussed OP, I drilled 2 very tiny holes in mine and using a small hose I blew in and made a slight pressure chamber.
This forced out the water, but now I have 2 small holes :\
