Just started building my new computer, as i use my computer mainly for watching movies, i thought i should build a multimedia computer. The plan is to dual screen 2 32" LCDs, one for movies for the misus to watch and my to either play a game or use the net. So i just bought the following:
EDIT: I thought i might tidy this up with what i have bought so far:
Silverstone GD08 Multimedia case
Sapphire ATI HD 7770 GHZ Edition 1GB 128-bit GDDR5, PCI-E 3.0 1000Mhz/4500Mhz HDMI, DVI-I, DP, DX11
SilverStone ST50F-ES 500W PSU 80+
Asus Xonar DG PCI Gaming soundcard
Corsair 16G (4x4GB) Vengeance CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9 DDR3
Lite-On IHES312(BLACK) 12x BD COMBO
Kingston 60G SSDNow V300 SATA3
Intel Core i3 2120 3.30Ghz 3MB Cache LGA1155 CPU (that i have laying around)
Asus MAXIMUS V-GENE/Z77 (Bought from Wraith)

Then ill need to build myself a TV cabneit that will house both TVs and this beast of a case. Will get some photos along the way of the build as well.

As promised, i got some pictures. Im looking to buy the motherboard this week, but the build wont be finished untill a few weeks unfortuently. Not unless i come by some extra money. Im also looking at some I7 chips to put in as well as a Swiftech H20-220 Edge HD Liquid Cooling Kit so i can play around overclocking it. The ram in the photo was my old G-Skill ram that i was planing to use, but because i have 4 DDR3 slots im going to replace it with 4 sticks of 4GB and sell off these 2. So here they are:

The optical drive bay and HDD bays come out in one easy motion:

Just the bits i have now, the ram im selling off as it was on my old computer, upgrading to some better stuff:

So my lovely missus bought me this today. Its a shame the soundcard doesnt fit, just need to buy a SSD adaptor to mount the drive in and it should be up and running. Then late ron the I5 and water cooling.

Started the wire managment, just have to lengthen 4 wires so far and shorten the fan ones. The stock cooler will be how it is in the pick as ill be changing that later on.

Havnt got any 3.5s to go in, but the SSD is in so ill start installing the gear and doing some updates. Best wire managment i can do in this case due to the type of case it is.
Next on the list: more hdds, i5, water cooling, rubber channel, clear Perspex and some green lights.
