UPDATE:

Optima Yellow Top Battery installed today!

And as soon as I installed it, the engine started running really smooth, and I can even rev it up like normal now! Before it kept trying to stall, running really rough, battery made a huge difference.

Just out of curiosity, did you reset the computer after doing the cooler plate? I just find it hard to believe the battery making such a difference!

Pretty sure the VS ECU resets after disconnecting the battery for 20 seconds - 1 minute,, you're meant to hold the revs at 2k for a while and then turn it off and on again from memory
