It's actually not that difficult. I have used the original gauges that are in Monaro / SSZ's & HSV's. and purchased the wiring kit off eBay.

You will have to modify the storage compartment a bit to allow them to sit properly - If you want I can take a couple pics of what I had to do and send them to you. I've also got a copy of the wiring diagram
