04' VY II Acclaim
Hey JC Members and Visitors,
I had a previous My Ride thread, however it was deleted when the site changed host or something.

I own a 2004 VY II Acclaim. I purchased her in July 2007 for $12,800, she had 107,000KM on the Odo. I was the second owner, the owner before me had it registered to a law firm (it was a business car). This made me happy for three reasons.
1 - I dont take Lawyers as the DIY type so I knew that there would be no attempts at dodgy modifications to the car.
2. - She came with full service history (Log Books).
3. This is my first car

It was the little things that attracted me to the Acclaim model. I.e. Electric windows, Body colour bumpers, mirrors and boot garnish, Reverse Sensors and Alloy wheels. :D

Firstly I'll upload pictures from when I first brought her home.

She was nothing special, but being my first car, she was the most awesome set of wheels in existance. Little by little, I modified her to my liking...

And now, ALMOST complete (Body kit, SS Tailights, and possibly a little more lowering to go until shes done)

Here's how she is looking on the outside ATM:

Quite possibly the best photography I have ever taken:

The wheels on the front end, (ft. SS headlights):

The wheels on the rear end:

Entire car shot:
