VE MY11 SSV Wagon
I decided to get my shocks and rear subframe bushes upgraded tomorrow at Pedders. Whilst more expensive than if I'd bought my own parts and had them installed, I am paying for warranty and Australia-wide confidence if anything isn't right. That's really worth a lot to me, on reflection, say something goes wrong and I'm not at home (I drive a fair bit with work) I can just take it to the local Pedders. If I'd supplied my own shocks and bushes, I'd have to pay for any fixup work.

I'm getting GSR Sports Ryder shocks and new rear bushes put in tomorrow. No change to springs or ride height, will leave the Kings SSL in.

I wanted to improve handling.

Handling is significantly improved.
Everyone should replace their shocks and springs and rear subframe bushes all at the same time, when lowering, even though in theory the shocks alone are enough, the result with stock shocks isn't very satisfying.

Now it's all done properly, I'm really happy with its road handling.

I like that green too! My daughter liked it, but wife was strongly against any colours.

Also, green isn't a very good colour for work vehicle with me wearing a suit ;).

I like the bright blue too, actually.

Thanks guys. I'm really happy too. Probably no mods for a while.

Going to get 3000km service in a fortnight, and will get some good oil put in like Nulon 5-30. Given I flogged it a bit I'd like to be sure there's no crap in the oil.

oh yeah tell me about it
the green, the Voodoo Blue, and this colour, no other car's colours compare lol

i tried convincing my dad to get the green, but it was his life long dream to buy a car brand new in black

yeah buying a car brand new gives you that opportunity to keep good oil in it and keep it going strong
