My Vt Hsv Xu6 - LOTS of new pics, VX Calais rear lights and Video up!!!

Well everyone after a few months lapse I'm back and with a new car. It's a '98 VT HSV XU6 with 95thou on the clock. Bought it about 3 weeks ago for 18k :yeah: . Compared to my previous ride (VT exec with 225,000k's) she goes awesome! It's completely stock cept for the K&N filter and exhaust which makes it sound pretty mean. Inside and out it is completely immaculate. Paintwork is like new and comes up like a freakin mirror :w00t:

As far as accessories go it's got premium sound which sounds pretty tidy but no sunroof etc. Got all the usuals like trip comp/cruise/elec windows tho which are all new toys to me. Fuel wise it's actually doing better than my old car, can get it down below 10l/100km on highways if I behave (not too often :flame: ) Only run it on BP Ultimate which may or may not have something to do with that.

And now for mods.. It is a HSV so I'm in two minds about changing it. I wouldnt mind going all out and making a super quick beast but at the same time HSV have built one awesome car and I dont wanna change a thing. Still, I'm loving the thought of a FMIC and some 19's, and have it booked in for tinting next week (black on chrome). Hey man, yeah I saw yours. I personally like the manta kit more than the clubby style, mostly coz you dont see it as much. I've had so much attention from people coming into work etc asking about it, wondering what it is. Not saying yours looks bad tho, still gotta love it.

the people that live next to my nanna used to have a silver VX XU6 with blue Viper Stripes. Looked really nice, but they got rid of it.

Oh and I like your car, but much prefer the clubby kit

Yeah thinkin bout a type S cai and a cooler with a smaller pulley. To begin with lol. We'll see how the budget goes in the new year.
