So what are the lowering solutions then? I might be keen to slightly lower our director, maybe approx 20mm, but i really don't want it to be at the expense of its handling/ride and not too keen on firmer springs. Seems the lower spring are also firmer?

At least you will have MRC on your Director to soften it out a little

Yes this is true. Just a bit reluctant to mess with any of the calibrated dampening that has had alot of time put into its development it seems, by adding a different spring rate in. Maybe im looking a bit deep....

Not at all mate, I am the same, and we are getting a Redline, no adjusting on the move for us, I just saw a 2017 redline spitfire Green on the road and it didn't look too bad... I am definitely going to leave it till at least a 1000ks

My S1 is 70.5 at the front and 71 rear. But it looks a lot lower than the pics. Perhaps they'll settle 10-20mm?

Update
Got the excellent news today that my local dealer has secured me an SSV Redline ute. Another dealer agreed to do an exchange!!!!

So I'm now getting a 5th July build Manual 6 speed SSV Redline utility in black. They are expecting it at the dealership several days after its built.

man your wheels are clean, mine are grot as after 836km. Havent been able to wash her yet as sydney weather has been lameeeeee. yes i know 836km in 2 weeks is pretty insane but ehhh the family loved it on saturday when we did a south coast day trip
