New Moderators

It wasn't an attack at anyone mate, I just mentioned the first pub thread I could think of and that was one that I'd recently been reading. By my theory I'm saying that on a car forum, the majority of moderators should have an idea about what they are talking about, that way all questions can get answered straight away. Sure - people with forum experience are regarded aswell, but I'm looking at potential moderators that have neither - Sure they contribute, everyone contributes to the site in one way or another. But I wouldn't want to see a moderator that comes into every thread saying 'lol that’s good' or 'that’s nice (100 smiley faces)' If you understand what I'm saying.

Once more I'll say that in no way was it an attack at you, or anyone for that matter. It was just me stating what I like to see in moderators.

It's mainly common sense, no real guidelines that need to be followed as such, if something is out of line it is either removed or modified to suit.

people (most anyway) would vote for the person best suited to the job.
what i mean is, 90% of my dealings with you on here we've disagree'd, yet you still got my vote....
