At the end of the day its just one of those things that happens to everyone from time to time. I myself have screwed up and copped a couple of infractions, and while I may not have agreed with them, I don't make the rules. At the same time, I'm an admin at another forum and have been made out to be "the bad guy" many a time when pulling members back into line, despite the fact that I'm just doing my job. Most forums like this are generally funded wholly by one of the admins, and as such they have a right to enforce whatever rules they want, in the exact same way as how when you go to a pub or restaurant, they will have a minimum standard of dress and behaviour that they will enforce.

In fact the way this forum is overmoderated i say it is, and fits well with the nanny state this country is quickly becoming. Bunch of soft c**ks around here. Try a forum not based in Aus and compare, i highly recommend it. Calling someone a moron, and threatening to hunt them down and gut them with a butchers knife are two very different things. Good to see nothing was blown out of proportion by a mile.
