I’ve got one of the lines that run from my heater tap to my firewall on my VT blowing white smoke along with a hissing sound, could it be heater core or a hose blockage/leak when I play around with it the connection itself is very loose but the hose doesn’t come off unless I take the spring clamp off

White smoke and a hissing sound suggests a leak. Replace the faulty component, fill and bleed the cooling system and see what it does.

Head gasket?

Find someone with a compression leak detector

Most reputable workshops will have one

Bubbles in coolant?

Radiator hose as hard as a rock?

I think it might be my heater core because apparently that can cause the same issue
